Our Hertfordshire Primary Headteachers' Conference is always a much anticipated, two-day annual event and a perfect opportunity to hear from leading experts, pick up new ideas and network with your colleagues from schools across the county.

This year's event will be held at the Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, Cambridgeshire which is set in the beautiful grounds of the Wellcome Genome Campus, an inspiring setting with learning and growth at its heart.

Our focus will be on Leadership in Challenging Times. We recognise that headteachers are under more pressure than ever to deliver a thriving curriculum, resilient workforce and support pupils with a widening range of needs. Our programme has been designed to give you the time away from the day to day demands of school life and the strategies and tools to face these challenges.

This year we have listened to feedback and have mixed the workshops and keynote talks across the two days so that both days have a variety of content and networking opportunities. It also ensures that colleagues who are only able to join for a single day have a range of sessions on either day. We used your input to build the programme based on what you as Heads see as the major priorities for leadership right now.
