Our Early Years team is made up of highly knowledgeable advisers who are thoroughly committed to supporting staff at all levels to strengthen high quality pedagogy and a responsive curriculum that sets firm foundations for learning beyond EYFS.
Experienced Early Years advisers provide support for leaders, teachers and early years practitioners. They work with headteachers and those in the EYFS team to offer support and constructive challenge that informs accurate self-evaluation focusing on leadership, action planning and professional development.
An agreed programme of support that may consist of a half day, full day or more can be planned in consultation with the headteacher or other senior leaders. This may include bespoke consultancy visits, exploration of practice and provision, training and mentoring/coaching.
