Do you regularly induct staff into your setting? How do you develop their skills to serve children and families in your setting?
Our innovative EYFS four-part e-learning induction programme can help new and returning Early Years staff build the skills they need to be effective Early Years practitioners.
It offers practitioners working at all levels a good overall knowledge and understanding of how they can work effectively with children to support their care and early education. The programme is designed to support settings in providing professional development that will help to ensure they have competent practitioners that can fulfil their role to their full potential.
I usually find online training bland. However, the creator of this induction understands what employers want from an induction and how to make it engaging for the participant. It covered more than just the statutory requirements and I think it is priced fairly considering how comprehensive it is.
