Our new e-learning Baby Training programme includes 4 modules of self-paced online learning. Each module allows you to explore your role in supporting babies through all aspects of their development.

Using a wide range of engaging learning styles, participants can learn at their own pace in a way that suits them best. The programme also incorporates reflective tasks to support you in practice.

This training specifically addresses the care of babies, as set out in the EYFS Statutory Framework, ensuring that practitioners are skilled to meet the Statutory Requirements (EYFS 3.40).

What's included in the Baby Training programme?

Included in this programme:

Module 1: Safeguarding: welfare requirements, child protection and safety

Module 2: Attachment, brain development and the key person in the baby room

Module 3: Learning and development: how babies learn, the prime areas and enabling environments

Module 4: Working with families: meaningful relationships and sharing information

The course was very engaging and effective, the pace was perfect and not overwhelming, the course provided lots of valuable insights into babies development, I think it really could help empower practitioners with confidence that their practice is invaluable.
