Kathy Roe

Kathy Roe is an accomplished educator with a passion for literacy, literature and pupil success. With over two decades of experience in the field of education, Kathy serves as the Lead Adviser for the HFL Reading Fluency Project; she spearheads this impactful work and is passionate about enhancing reading proficiency among all pupils.

Christopher Such

Christopher Such is a leading voice in evidence-based literacy education, known for his insightful research and practical contributions to reading fluency. With a background as a primary school teacher and school leader, Chris has dedicated his career to improving literacy outcomes through a rigorous, research-informed approach. 

Matt Goodfellow

Matt Goodfellow is an award-winning children’s poet whose powerful and emotional writing has captured the hearts of young readers and educators. His phenomenally successful verse novel The Final Year won the prestigious CLiPPA award in 2024.
